Morgan’s Newborn Portraits

Photographing newborns always has its challenges as babies and children are very unpredictable and offer a limited amount of time when working with them.  Its this challenge I love and when my good friend Randee invited me to come photograph her new addition to their family I was so happy!  Not only is Randee a good friend of mine but also works at the Westin Resort in lake Las Vegas where I work along side her for many weddings I get to photograph here in las Vegas.  Another friend of ours from the stylish floral company Layers of Lovely wanted to add a little something to this shoot with some great floral pieces for baby Morgan.  As a new parent myself I love to see new babies and their own personalities develop right in front of your eyes.  Morgan loved to stretch and already shifting around, I guess we should have filled that little belly with more food As we began we delicately placed her in a bed of roses of pinks and whites where she stretched those toes and looked around.  I will say floral is a beautiful accent for newborn sessions and especially for the little girls out there so expect to see more roses and beautiful colors with all the rest!
