M Resort Wedding Film

(St. Thomas Moore Wedding Ceremony)

Meghann + Jimmy | Highlight

The day began at the M Resort.  As makeup and hair were applied the ladies were getting ready for the Wedding Ceremony at St. Thomas Moore.  This was set to be a Irish Catholic Wedding like no other.  Coming from the college of Notre Dame and celebrating two families uniting.  One detail we learned by the Father who led the Ceremony at the Church is that only once before have they had a Ceremony from this college where the same thing happened.  The power Shut Down!  Thats right, right before and I mean right before the Wedding Ceremony was to start the power shut off.  No lights but the little glow from the small stained glass windows.  No worry everyone carried on despite no audio speakers or room lights, and we all sat in a very low lit room to see Meghann and Jimmy married.  As they kissed to conclude the Ceremony, the power came back on as they walked down the aisle.  This was wild and something to see.

After the Wedding Ceremony we all headed to the M Resort and up to Lux Ballroom to start the Wedding Reception.Needless to say the dancing never stopped and the emotions ran strong in the Fathers toast to the new Bride and Groom.  With everyone on the dance floor all night and celebration from wall to wall.  This wedding overlooking the Las Vegas valley was a success.
