Night Time Boudoir Noir Photo Shoot With Ms. S

When coming up with a Boudoir photo set and style on how to photograph each person, I always like to take a good like and get to know the style of the woman. Not everyone has or wants that beautiful sunshine and soft look. Some have what i will call that mysterious side that resembles a nature they feel closest to. With a mix of shadows and low light I like to bring out and showcase this side the best way possible. Ms. S comes from Los Angeles, California and wanted something that would resemble her dark side ( Star Wars reference . ) So I set this for a night shoot back at the Rumor Boutique Hotel and with the dark lighting mixed with purple and pink ambience we were all set for the shoot. When I look at these photographs I am very happy with what I captured and I know she is as well! Enjoy a peak into this night!

I have been wanting to do a full black and white shoot for a while. When I was allowed full control of this daytime boudoir shoot I wanted to capture her in a soft natural light and produce timeless photos that were sensual and playful. The vintage look is adored by many right now and I don’t want to fall into a phase but I love the soft light look at times and I think with out to many filters and as simple as a nice black and white is all a photo needs. The feeling is in the moment and I like to keep it in focus for whomever might that moment capture. I love photographing boudoir in a new light that steps out of the spotlight and emphasizes the sensual nature of a woman. When looking for locations to shoot I always consider the feel of a look and sometimes that leads to a particular suite or home that showcases the backdrop that you just can’t get in a studio with a variety of props. I always say I like to step out of the box and photograph you in a real environment that is perfect for the shoot. I chose the beautiful Rumor Hotel of the Las Vegas Strip a few blocks that has a vintage and modern look at the same time with accents of purple and white decor. Add a little lace some stunning eyes and we have a shoot! Heres a taste of this fabulous shoot for you to enjoy.

Mrs L. is an amazing person and full of energy! I love her wild hair and love for the camera, as she was moving like a pro. Our location choice was a beautiful home in seven hills area where we got to really take advantage of the beautiful window light. When I approach a boudoir shoot my biggest goal is to make every female feel the most comfort and lose themselves for that short while we have together. Every woman is different and offers something that can not compare to the next. Mrs L. brought confidence and stunning eyes with her gaze to this shoot that made my camera very happy. Many woman that I photograph always share nervousness about flaws or imperfections and to me thats what makes each woman beautiful. Ms. D | Boudoir Portraits inside Cosmopolitan Hotel Las Vegas.

Ms. D is a performer who came to for her Boudoir Photography because she said she wanted something different. After much talking and getting to know eachother I had found out that she travels often and will be working some pretty big theatrical events soon and was hoping to get these photos to help promote herself and for her own private use as well. She had seen some work previous that I had photographed inside the Cosmopolitan Hotel located on the Las Vegas strip and wanted to shoot there as well. I was very pleased with this idea and seeing as she lives inside City Center it was very convenient for her. As many ideas flowed through our minds I told her give me a few good looks that represent you and I will bring that sensual and sultry side out that you have been searching for in your pictures. With the help of Your Beauty Call and their fabulous talent the put together the clean and elegant look she was looking for. I must say the hair held so wonderfully and with those flowing blonde locks her smokey eyes just POPPED! It amazes me sometimes how some makeup and hair styling can take a beautiful woman to another level. Great job ladies! It was a beautiful day on Monday and with a great view on the balcony we couldn’t help but start our boudoir session outside. Here is a peek into this hot photo session.
